13:00 – 15:00 DYNAMIC MOVES
✨ Rolls, temps, and drops for intermediate (and +) participants. Ideal for those wanting to master dynamic movements in hoop.
15:20-17:20 FLOWS AND ROUTINE BUILDING
✨ Choreographed flow using poses like Jade split, Wishbone, Bird of Paradise or others.
✨Emphasis on smooth transitions between tricks for artistic routines.
17:50-19:50 DYNAMIC MOVES
✨ Additional hours due to the high demand.
These workshops are designed for participants on intermediate level and above. After registration, you’ll be asked about your aerial hoop experience, allowing us to tailor the class to the needs of the group. Not sure about your level? Contact us through office@luft-studio.de.
The workshops will be conducted in English, with German language support available as well.
