At our studio, we offer a variety of classes tailored to different skill levels and backgrounds.

If you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, consider joining our Flexibility and Mobility or Contortion classes:

  • Flexibility and Mobility is open to everyone. This class focuses on safely increasing your range of motion while building strength. No need to be able to do the splits – just bring your willingness to improve!
  • Contortion is designed for students with a higher level of flexibility, strength, and body awareness. This class prepares the body for more advanced, demanding movements and tricks.

 

If you want to build strength, boost your endurance, and learn safe progressions, try our strengthening classes:

  • Aerial Fitness and Conditioning – open to all levels (beginners welcome!), this class combines ground-based and aerial exercises using a variety of apparatuses. It’s a full-body workout designed to challenge and energize you – get ready to sweat!
  • Pilates Strong Core is a focused class designed to build deep abdominal strength, stability, and control through intentional movement and breath. Perfect for all levels, it helps improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness.
